2024/2025 Renovations to unit #303!

This beautiful building was constructed in 1983.  After 41 years, we think it's time for a fresh look.  In May of 2024 we redid all of the HVAC duct work on the main floor, installed a new water heater, upgraded the insulation in the great room, repainted the walls, and added beautiful wood panelling to the ceiling.

In June of 2024 we will be adding the wood panelling to the ceiling in the kid's playroom!

Beginning in November of 2025 we will be continuing the project with more big changes to come.  

So much change!  But we can't wait to see the final product.  And we hope you come back again and again as we improve!
